At QuickTransmate LMS, we are committed to providing quality learning experiences and resources. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring learners are protected while maintaining the sustainability of our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Learners may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided the course or service has not been completed beyond 20% of its content.

2. Subscription-Based Products

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. However, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period of the subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The amount will be returned via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Some services such as 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, consultation services, or resume review services are non-refundable once availed.

5. Course Cancellation or Platform Error

In the rare case that a course is canceled by QuickTransmate or is found to be inaccessible due to a platform error, a full refund will be offered irrespective of completion percentage.
